HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?


You can find your size on our Sizing Guide on the main menu. Each jacket has specific sizing information on the product listings. Our jackets are pretty fitted, so we recommend going for the size up if you want a more comfortable or relaxed fit. For inquiries into custom sizing, please e-mail us from our Contact Page!




HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?


You can place an order directly on our website. You can also e-mail our Sales Team (from our Contact Page) or simply by emailing "contact@freyjaenterprise.co.uk and they will be more than happy to assist you.




HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN FREYJA HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?


Easy! Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.




WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?


We ship worldwide… Oh yeah, and did we mention that we ship for free? All items are shipped by courier, and can be tracked online. All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new item gets to you and not your neighbour Jack..




HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY JACKET?


At Freyja, we make all jackets specific to the individual; that being said, All jackets are made to order. In most circumstances we are able to have the jacket hand crafted, shipped, and delivered within 2 weeks. However, to be safe, we do quote fulfillment times as being 2 to 3 weeks.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item(s). If more than 10 days has lapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund er exchange. In order to request a return; please email contact@freyjaenterprise.co.uk and provide us with your order number.

Once the return is approved, please return your garment(s) in its original condition with all tags attached. To return your order, you should mail your product - please contact us for warehouse address.

In addition, please keep in mind that all of our jackets are made to order (i.e. Your jacket is made just for you), so in the event that you request a refund or exchange, a 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

If a jacket was purchased on a Clearance Price (a discount of over 25%), the item is not eligible for a return or free exchange.

If the item is not eligible for a free exchange, you are responsible for the full shipping costs.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Freyja is committed to protecting our customer's privacy; we only collect information required to process and fulfillment of orders. We are not affiliated with any third party data collection entities, and will not share any of your personal information without your explicit permission.

ARE YOUR JACKETS CUSTOMIZABLE TO ANY EXTENT?


Most certainly! We can tweak certain parts of our designs and Accessories (such as belt, finish, hardware, shoulder straps, Etc). Just let us know if you’re curious about a custom inquiry for your jacket! Chances are we can accommodate.
